What a fun Easter weekend we had! We decided to have the Easter Bunny come on Saturday morning instead of Sunday this year. Braden and Taylor woke up and found their baskets before we even were up! We woke up to the kids asking us to take their toys out of the packaging. Braden kept on telling us how nice the Easter Bunny is and Taylor wanted to go find the bunny. Braden got transformers and Taylor got a princess Ariel doll. We had a little egg hunt in the backyard before we went up to Andy's parents. The kids got to do a second egg hunt at the city park. The kids found empty eggs and got to trade them in for candy bars. Seriously, the regular size ones and you got 10 each!! So then we went back to Andy's parents for their third egg hunt. All the cousins had so much fun and they got so much candy it put Halloween to shame! We had a great day with Andy's family yesterday. It's always fun to get all the kids together. At church the kids were a handful probably because all they ate yesterday was candy! With all of the activities of the weekend I forgot to buy food for an "Easter Dinner" so we had enchiladas. They were good but I had to laugh thinking that it wasn't the traditional dinner we grew up having but as you can tell from the picture Ella loved it! Hope you had a Happy Easter!
