We went to church, ate a great Sunday meal, made a cake, played Duck, Duck, Goose, Hi Ho Cherry-O, Candyland, Go Fish, and did lots and lots of somersaults. We ended the day with lots of dishes in the sink and a short drive that helped us get the kids to bed at 6 pm!
What I have learned from almost 5 years of Motherhood is that things in life aren't perfect but if you enjoy life, everything is perfect. Yesterday, everything was perfect! Words can't express how wonderful it is to be a Mom. Being a Mom is challenging and yet so rewarding. To all the fantastic Mothers I know, I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day!
