"Braden-isms"

Braden is such a funny kid. Here are a few cute things he has said over the past week.

"Mom, guess what? When I'm 100 years old I'll be a giant!"

"Why does everyone want to be my best friend? It's too hard for me."

"Mom, I hit Taylor, but don't worry, I told her I was sorry so I don't need to go to time-out."

(Braden isn't supposed to get up until 7 am, so this is the conversation we had about it.)

Me: "Braden, what time did you wake up?"

Braden: "Seven."

Me: "Are you sure?"

Braden: "Well, it was six but it was trying to be seven."

Whenever I tell him he can't do something he says, "Is it because I'm not six?"

"Mom, I'm just trying to be like a first grader."
