This girl. She has a goal to pull all her baby teeth on her own. I guess she's motivated after seeing all of Ella's issues with teeth that won't come out and having to have extractions. Fortunately she doesn't have the same issues and with her determination she has pulled all her loose and not so loose teeth thus far.
