Our House: Week 25

The week didn't start off great.  Monday morning we found out that some thugs came and cut 50 feet of copper tubing out of our house.  It was a big set back not only financially but we were supposed to have our 4 way inspection this week.  We've had to postpone it to next week because it obviously wouldn't pass with 50 feet of missing tubing.  Luckily the HVAC guys were able to squeeze us in Friday morning to replace the tubing.  We had all the exterior doors installed and the last of the windows installed.   The electrical was should finish up Monday or Tuesday.  We had our decking material delivered.  All 2500 pounds of it.  It was quite the effort to get it unloaded off the truck.  We ordered the garage doors and the interior doors and they should be ready in 3 weeks.  Hopefully we'll get the 4 way inspection done Wednesday and we might be able to have the insulation start by the end of the week.  Which means drywall is up next!  I can hardly believe it!  A little stressful but mostly exciting time in the process.
