Yesterday it snowed again! The "couple" of inches we were supposed to get quickly turned into 6 inches! I told Braden to look out the window and when he saw that it was snowing he asked me, "Mommy, are there no more summers? Just 2 winters?" (I love the clever things kids say.) He was really worried that we weren't going to be able to go swimming outside anymore. Although it has felt like 2 winters I had to reassure him that the sun will come back and the snow will go away and we will have summer. I sometimes wonder why we are back in Utah when we, at least the kids and me, only like 3 seasons, summer, summer, and summer!!
So with it being Valentine's Day I made sugar cookies earlier this week and let the kids frost and decorate them. Taylor only ate the frosting and sprinkles, not the cookie, and Braden only ate the cookie not the frosting or sprinkles. Could they be any different??
