Long Time No Blog...

WOW!  I can't believe it has been exactly one month since my last blog entry.  To all you faithful readers, sorry!  I guess with the Olympics, adjusting to the kids being in school, oh, and Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series I've been a little busy.  Yes, I was blindsided and got sucked into that series.  I had no idea what the books were about but was curious enough to get on the waiting list at the library.  I read the first 2 books in less than four days.  Then I took a break thinking I needed to give my husband, kids, and house a little attention.  Well, really I was still on the waiting list for the 3rd one. ;)  But I paced myself a little better for that one and read it in a week.  So now I am still waiting for the final book and after I finish that I will read the first 256 pages that were "released" of Midnight Sun and then hopefully my life will be completely back to normal.

Andy has been on call this evening so I decided I would use this alone time to do some major catching up with my blog.  My cousin Nancy calls it back blogging.  I saw her post on this subject and had to laugh.  Here is her official definition.  "back blogging 1. (back blŏg-ging) -verb: the act of posting a new entry at an earlier date, as if it had actually been posted at the time labeled. (See also, cheating)"

So sit back, relax, and stay awhile to catch up with our lives.

(FYI- The previous SIX posts were back blogged)

I too got sucked into the series. Marcia let me borrow the first three which I read in just over a week and then I gave in and bought the fourth book. So if you want to borrow it, it is all yours!

I'm glad you could benefit from back blogging! It saves me every time. :)
Your kids are beautiful Julie!! You take great photos of them.
I'm so happy you're healthy and doing so well. Thank heavens your surgery last year was a success. It makes me happy just to think of you. I love you cousin!
