Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch.  We went to the same one last year for FHE but it was super crowded so this year we decided to go right after Braden got home from school to beat the rush.  There were only a few other people there so it was nice for the kids run around.  It was a little different from last year because they actually grew the pumpkins in the field so you would pick your pumpkin right off the vine but this year they brought the pumpkins in.  They still had a great selection and you can't beat the price.  We got 5 pumpkins for $9.00.  As you can see from the pictures it was a gorgeous day.  Too bad the kids wouldn't cooperate with pictures.  Seriously, I took 88 pictures and these are the best ones.  The kids had fun picking out their pumpkins, riding in the wheelbarrow, and playing on the tractors.  Braden especially had fun jumping over the pumpkins.  Ella would squat down and back-up into the pumpkin to sit and then move on to the next one.  It was really cute.  Taylor had to pick up every pumpkin she touched and put it in the wheelbarrow.  Andy had to be sneaky and put them back without her noticing.  It was a nice to be out and enjoy the beautiful weather we're having.  I'm loving Fall this year since last year we went straight into Winter.  Hopefully the snow will hold off for a little bit longer, until then, HAPPY FALL!!
