Today was Braden's last day of school for a month as he is going "off track." I have been looking forward to having a break for quite a while since he got switched tracks a few days before he was supposed to have a month off in November. So it feels like we've been in "school mode" since the beginning of August, which may not sound bad to you guys that have the traditional schedule but since Braden will be going to school until July 3rd and going back July 27th it seems like he will have gone to school the whole year. Oh wait, he will have. He's a trooper though and for the most part loves school. He just finished up the winter theme with a penguin project before going off track. He came home so proud of the costume and book he made. He had write and draw about 2 things he learned about penguins. His books says, "Penguins lay eggs. Penguins eat fish."
