Our House: Week 19

Merry Christmas!  Andy and Chris worked on the house Monday and Tuesday and got the shed roof framed and sheeted and the other gables sheeted.  Chris came back on Friday and Saturday to work on the roof some more.  The windows were delivered Friday morning.  I'm anxious to see those get installed over the next few weeks.  I know I already have a few regrets with the windows so I hope there aren't more as they go in.  The windows were a tough thing to decide and everyone has a different opinion on them.  We got swayed on a few things, changed some things last minute (great decisions), and wished we would have changed the family room windows but we were a day late dollar short on those.  I'm hoping once they're in I'll love them and it won't bug me that we didn't get to make the changes we wanted to.  The weather has been holding up for us so lots of progress this week even though it was a shorter work week!  Next week's update will be 2014.  Crazy!  Andy and I were talking this week about how the house is going to be finished before you know it.  Can't complain.  Life is good!
