Today was the first day that we actually had no plans for driving anywhere so we were able to spend the entire day at the beach! We started the morning at Palauea Beach. We had never been to this little spot just south of where we were staying in Wailea but it was an awesome snorkeling spot! We spent the morning snorkeling and saw a sea turtle. Andy bought a case for his phone which allowed him to take video of most of our trip but we have now realized we don't have too many photos. Anyway, after we snorkeled we decided to go further south to Big Beach (which we've always called Makena Beach) since the bay that we were at was practically a lake. We ended the day eating at "Coconuts" a restaurant my friend recommended to us before we left. She said they have the best fish tacos so we decided to try it out. It was my first time having fish tacos and they were fantastic. I'm not really a "live to eat" rather more of "eat to live" person so I can't say that our food experience was anything to document but I had to remember these because they were that good.
