State Cross Country Meet

We were so excited for Taylor to run at the State X-Country Meet! What an experience for her! Grandma and Papa McCune came up to surprise her and watch her run. Taylor was so surprised and excited when she saw them. She also had one of her best friends, Maddie, there to cheer her on. It was the perfect weather to run in. She did so well. She got 38th place out of 98 runners and got the exact same time that she got at Regionals, 15:16. She and the other 6 six girls that ran for Providence Hall dominated and won the State Meet! It was so fun. I'm so glad Taylor got to run it as a 6th grader and have this experience. Her goal after the first meet this season was to qualify for State and she did it. I'm so proud of her. Thanks Grandma and Papa for coming to support her. She sure felt special and loved to have you there!
