We signed Braden up for a coding class at the Apple store at City Creek and thought it would be fun to go see the lights at Temple Square while we were there. The weather, however, had a different idea so we had to change our plans. We still thought the girls might have fun seeing City Creek all decorated for Christmas so we loaded up and went. Grandma and Papa hadn't been there at Christmas time either so it worked out well. It's beautiful and the girls loved going to a few shops, especially Restoration Hardware. They kept saying, "Mom, take a picture of me!" They loved all the chandeliers. The girls also loved the kiosks they had with Christmas displays that would play a story or song when you pushed the button. Braden loved his coding class and got a pair of headphones for attending. They have another workshop next year so I'm sure we'll be going again. We stopped by McDonald's on the way home for ice cream.
