I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! We had a quiet one at home this year. On Christmas Eve we read the account of Jesus' birth from the scriptures. Braden kept asking why Jesus wasn't born in a hospital and Taylor would correct Andy every time he said Mary with "Mother Mary Fair." {Taylor's favorite primary Christmas song is "Picture a Christmas" and the second verse says "Mother, Mary, Fair." I don't know if she thinks that is her full name like Taylor Diane Miller but she always refers to Mary as the Mother Mary Fair.} It was really cute to watch them. The next morning Braden and Taylor woke up around 5 am. We made them wait until 7 but they kept coming up the stairs to ask if they could go see if Santa came. They were so excited that Santa came. Braden was opening his presents so fast I think he was done before I got Ella's cabbage patch doll out of the packaging. I was in charge of taking pictures and Andy was recording it. I guess I was too busy trying to the gifts out of the packaging that I didn't take very many pictures. So here's a glimpse of our Christmas morning. When I was putting the kids down to bed tonight Braden was asking me why Christmas was over and why it couldn't be Christmas everyday. I told him it was to celebrate Jesus' birthday and that it wasn't His birthday everyday. His response was, "So on December 25, 2009 we will have Christmas again, that's awesome!" I don't think he realizes it is 363 days away.
